Apply Cold Compresses: Gently apply a cold compress wrapped in a soft cloth to reduce swelling. Do not apply heavy pressure to the lips.

Avoid Touching or Massaging: Let the filler settle evenly. Do not massage, press, or pick at your lips.

Watch Your Diet: Avoid very salty foods and alcohol for a day or two, as they can exacerbate swelling. Stay hydrated and use a gentle, fragrance-free lip balm.
